Yeah... no.
As someone who has watched Sonic Oddball Crackups, I can tell you several things. First off, the title alone is uninspired, as is a flash about Sonic bloopers. The jokes here weren't all that funny, and if they were, you probably would have gotten away with it.
Then there's the animation. The whole thing is compressed to shit, and you can see the stage on either side of the flash. (Style-clashing is also not recommended when working with sprites.)
Another major issue is the lack of a "stop" and a "play" button. Additional issue is the entire flash looping when it ends.

tl;dr This needs a LOT of work.

It was alright.

Although, more could be done in general, such as explaining a few things, like how his hand got stuck, or why they are there.
